“The products are quite good and effective. My first purchase was Mary Jane flavored oil “gross” unless you like the taste of a mouthful of lawn grass. We just made our 2nd purchase of Apple and Strawberry flavored oils. My only gripe with the company is shipping. They send you an email stating that your order has shipped when in reality they’ve only created the shipping label and are waiting for postal service to pick it up which apparently can take a couple days. “They claim to offer free returns but it’s been over a week since I’ve submitted my return request and they still haven’t responded. Customer service is useless. All I’ve gotten from 2 different customer service reps is that they’ll get back to me, which they haven’t. Conclusion

There are two areas customers have shown repeated concern when dealing with Diamond CBD. The first is that some products make you high. The second is poor customer service.

The number of customers reporting that Diamond CBD products make them feel high prompted the company to release not one but two statements addressing the issue.

The first statement, issued in June 2017, was in response to a third-party test that was done on Diamond CBDs’ Chill Gummies. The results of the test showed the presence of  5F-ADB, a synthetic cannabinoid. Diamond CBD’s response was that the wrong product had been tested.

The second statement, issued in January 2018, also addresses the presence of synthetic cannabinoids. This statement has supporting evidence from “highly-reputable, 100% independent Drug Detection Laboratories, Inc,“ that Diamond CBD products “contain no illicit drugs or synthetic cannabinoids.”

The Better Business Bureau rates this company at a C+ based on customer reviews and complaints received.
