Palmetto Synergistic Research LLC manufactures the CBD product line Palmetto Harmony. Founded in 2015, the company is located in Conway, South Carolina.
Janel Ralph is the company’s founder. Janel’s daughter Harmony is the inspiration behind the brand’s name. Palmetto is Harmony’s birth state.
Harmony has lissencephaly. It’s a rare genetic neurological condition also referred to as “smooth brain.” Severe seizures are a common symptom. Janel used CBD oil to reduce Harmony’s seizures. They also managed to reduce her reliance on pharmaceuticals by 90%.
Their hemp comes from Kentucky. It is organically grown. They use combative pests instead of chemicals as pesticides. Their product line includes organic hemp oil, capsules, topicals, vapes, and pet products. All products are third-party tested by an ISO certified lab.

Oils
Palmetto Harmony is made with pharmaceutical grade MCT and oil extracted from the hemp. 20mg CBD in 3.4oz (100ml) or 1oz (30ml) bottle.
Capsules
Capsules and suppositories made with full spectrum hemp oil, antioxidants, and omega 3,6, and 9 fatty acids. 10mg CBD per capsule/suppository. Capsules are available in 30-count and 60-count. Suppositories come in a package of seven.
Pet Products
Palmetto Paws is made with infused whole plant extract into fractionated coconut oil (MCT). No artificial flavoring or additives. 20mg CBD in 0.5oz (15ml) and 1oz (30ml) bottle.
Vapes
Palmetto Aura Vape Oil – Made with 100% VG Whole plant full spectrum oil. Contains no PG, flavoring, chemicals, or CBD Crystalline. Available in 10mg CBD in 0.5oz (15ml) and 1oz (30ml) bottle.
Palmetto Harmony Vaporizer Device – Ceramic coil vape pen pre-filled with Palmetto Aura Vape Oil. Pre-filled vape cartridges are also avaiable and are sold seperately for use with the vaporizer device.
Topicals
Palmetto Harmony Transdermal Patch – 30mg CBD per patch. Ingredients include hemp cannabis extract, menthol, camphor, methyl salicylate, mineral oil, and oleic acid.
Cannacense – 2oz jar of topical cream. Ingredients include CBD Hemp Oil, Organic East African Shea Butter, Beeswax, Frankincense, and Lemon.
Holy Cannacense – 2oz jar of topical cream. Ingredients include CBD Hemp Oil, Organic East African Shea Butter, Beeswax, Holy Basil, Frankincense, and Sweet Orange.
