PureKana was founded in 2017. Cody Alt and Jeff Yauck are the co-founders. The company is based in Los Angeles, California. However, their main office is in Scottsdale, Arizona. They also have an international office in Watford, Hertz, United Kingdom.
Their products include oils, capsules, topicals, gummies and pure picks. Their hemp comes from Kentucky and it’s non-GMO. Also, the farming and extraction process use no pesticides, solvents, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. CO2 extraction is used to obtain the hemp seed oil and hemp extract for their products.

Capsules
30 count hemp seed oil and hemp extract softgel capsules. Comes in a 750mg bottle. Has trace amounts of THC .05%.
Topicals
Menthol topical CBD cream. 600mg CBD in a 60ml (3.4oz) bottle.
Gummies
Vegan and GMO CBD infused gummies. 25mg of CBD per gummy in a 500mg bottle. Contains no THC.
Pure Picks
Lemon and lime flavored 99% pure crystal isolates. 25mg CBD per pick per tube. Contains no THC or solvents.

Issues with Returns
“I am having the same problem. Sent back a unopened order of their cure all oil and cannot get a refund. I was warned before the package was opened. It is a fly by night company. If you are in real pain, the oil has no pain relief qualities.” – William 4/28/2018

“I have paid by bill and still to receive my shipment. Contatced the company who “appreciated” my patience in continuing to await my order 10 days later. I requested a cancelation of my order stating that I would take my business elsewhere. I was informed that my order way too far in the process and could not be canceled. However, the next day I received a shipment traking number which is nothing more than a created lable that has never reached the post office. I doubt they offered black friday specials which is what caused a delay in my order a week later. My sister placed an order minutes before me and she has received her order a couple days ago but mine still has yet to arrive at the post office. Their policy is clearly stated on their website that “items ship within 1-5 days” yet mine has not shipped in nearly 2 weeks. I was offered a 20% discount which I have not seen yet either! Their mint and vanilla flavored full spectrum CBD Oil are two of their most popular products with their clients. The limited product offering is a negative for clients looking for a wider variety of products.
Customers can reach out to PureKana through their website, email, and on social media. However, they do not have a customer care number. This is not the norm and is quite odd. Quite a number of their customer service complaints are related to this.
